Propellant (aka Devon Seufert) is a multifaceted LA-based composer and producer focused on hip-hop and bass-driven electronic genres like Dubstep and Drum and Bass. With origins in punk, rock, roots reggae/ska, and old-school hip-hop, his tracks reflect his diverse musical background and typically incorporate varied styles and elements.

Collaboratively working with various artists, vocalists, and songwriters, Propellant stays one step ahead of single-genre DJ’s and producers by experimenting during live sets, often switching seamlessly between music styles. He enjoys making bass-music remixes but also loves creating brand new tracks with his fellow collaborators.

Devon contributed music and a song to a high-profile short film sponsored by Canon titled “Sword.” The score contains a remixed version of Propellant’s song “Lost,” which is also featured in the closing credits. He has also scored projects for Long John Silver’s, Chrysler and other commercial clients.
